Tiffwat recipes: favourite recipes for travelling

Bready things

Pull-a-Part Bread    This  is a soft bread, made from dough in a Panasonic breadmaker, (others will do it too), with lots of flavoury things in it, and cheese to make it tasty and stringy.  Eat it when it is warm,  don't cut it, but just rip bits off. It goes will with thick or chunky soups, too.

Pizza dough (And Pizzas, of course!), and ideas for other things you can do with the dough.
This is the standard, quick and easy dough, made in 45 minutes in a Panasonic bread maker. You can make Pizzas, rolls, or any soft bread from this dough. It's a brilliant start for something quick and easy and delicious.

Bao   (Wot's that??)  Bao is the Tiffwat interpretation of the snack lunch you get around Beijing. It is a ball of soft, white steamed bread about the size of a tennis ball, with something nice in the middle, (we normally use sausage meat with herbs and spices). The kids think it is quite the best, and they enjoy making it too!! Allow an hour and a half for kids, as there are a few bits to make and do.
