Chocolate
mousse. Quick and easy, uses a lot of eggs,
which is great if you keep chickens, (or have a friend with lots of
eggs, I suppose)
Banoffee pie. This is served in good
restaurants. It doesn't last long, but then it doesn't have to
because it will all get eaten immediately, with its fabulous mixture
of banana, coffee and toffee.
Xmas muffins. These don't have to be made at
Christmas, they just have the flavour of fruit mince, like mince
pies.
Baklava. This is the original sinful
middle-eastern sweetmeat, for very special occasions or people.
Best pie ever.
A very unusual pie, sweet and spicy with a slightly meringuey top.
It will arouse equal admiration and curiosity in its consumers.
SpongeBob
Squarepants cake! A soft meringuey cake that
invites crazy decoration. Kids love to make it and to eat it.
Raspberry Slice.
A flan that uses freshly picked raspberries, and adds things to
enhance the flavour and make it less healthy. A delicious way to
make something different with raspberries.
Desert cake.
this is a delicious, easy to make fruit cake. It was eaten on the
Great Simpson Desert expedition, and loved by everybody.
Chocolate cake
when you have too many veggies. This is
kind of weird, but if you have too many marrows, courgettes,
zucchinis or beetroot to use up, then why not make a chocolate cake
out of them! They are very nice, once you get over the concept of
marrow or beetroot in a cake....
